Many returning guests reserve the Dune 1 Townhomes year after year - it's a tradition for some that started many years ago. With incomparable gulf views, a beachside pool, and a private boardwalk to the beach, it's no wonder that guests consider this special place at the beach their second home. Nested on Dune Allen Beach, Dune 1 has 14 gulf front townhomes. First floor features include the kitchen, the living room, the dining area, and screened porch. All of the bedrooms are on the second floor with gulf front master suites and a full balcony. Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis, so be sure to reserve your spot early.
